It is not owned, operated, administered, sponsored, endorsed, authorized by, or otherwise officially affiliated with Lead City University or any other university or educational institution, unless expressly stated in writing by OnCampusDaily and the relevant institution.

References to universities, campuses, students, businesses, locations, events, organizations, departments, faculties, communities, or other institutional information are provided for identification, informational, discovery, or service purposes only and do not constitute or imply institutional endorsement, sponsorship, accreditation, authorization, partnership, approval, or representation.

OnCampusDaily does not represent itself as an agent, department, official platform, representative, employee, partner, or authorized spokesperson of any university or educational institution unless an express written relationship has been established and identified as such.

The presence of a university, campus, business, event, organization, student, seller, service provider, promoter, advertiser, publisher, program provider, or other entity on OnCampusDaily does not by itself constitute an endorsement, verification, accreditation, sponsorship, approval, or recommendation by OnCampusDaily or the relevant institution.

A campus platform naturally displays a lot of institutional context — the name of a university, campus locations, departments, course listings, student verification tied to a department, event venues on campus, and so on. Showing this context is what makes the platform useful for discovery; it is never, by itself, a claim that the university operates, supervises, or has approved the platform, any listing, any event, any program, or any user on it.

If you are a university, department, faculty, students' union, or other institutional body and believe OnCampusDaily has represented a relationship with you that does not exist, or has used your name, logo, or branding in a way you have not authorized, contact OnCampusDaily using the legal contact details in the Legal & Policies center so the matter can be reviewed and corrected.

This notice does not prevent OnCampusDaily from entering into a genuine, express written partnership, licensing, or affiliation arrangement with a university or other institution in the future. Where such a relationship exists, it will be identified specifically (for example, on the relevant institution's page or in a dedicated notice) rather than implied. The default position — no institutional endorsement or affiliation — continues to apply to every part of the platform not expressly identified as covered by such an arrangement.

The platform's architecture supports onboarding additional universities and campuses as configuration/data, not as hardcoded application logic. A university's presence in OnCampusDaily's database is an operational/discovery fact, not a legal claim of endorsement, and this notice governs the same way for every institution present on the platform, current or future.

The same principle applies to every party who lists content, sells goods, offers services, runs a business page, organizes an event, lists a program, or advertises on OnCampusDaily: their presence on the platform, any verification badge they hold, and any description of their university, department, or course of study is informational and does not constitute OnCampusDaily's endorsement, guarantee, or certification of them, their goods, their services, their events, their programs, or their conduct.
