Service Provider Agreement

This agreement applies to any user who lists a service for hire on OnCampusDaily ("Service Provider", "you"), in addition to the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Some service categories may require a specific verification level (see the Verification Policy). Listing a service on OnCampusDaily does not by itself constitute certification, licensing, accreditation, endorsement, or a guarantee by OnCampusDaily of your qualifications. Where your service legally requires a license, permit, or professional qualification, you represent that you hold it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your service description, pricing, availability, and any portfolio materials you upload. You represent that you own or have rights to any portfolio material you upload — see the Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy.

You are responsible for delivering the service as described, communicating professionally with clients, and honoring the pricing and availability you have listed. OnCampusDaily is a discovery and communication venue for this activity; it is not a party to the service arrangement and does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any service.

Cancellation and refund terms for a specific engagement are a matter between you and your client unless applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Complaints can be escalated through the Complaints & Dispute Resolution Policy; OnCampusDaily may take moderation action where you have violated this agreement or the Community Guidelines, but is not a guarantor of a specific engagement's outcome.

You must not list a service that is illegal, that facilitates academic fraud or examination malpractice, or that otherwise violates the Community Guidelines.

You must not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or the nature of your service to obtain a booking or payment.

If you promote a listing through the sponsored/boost system, the Advertising & Sponsored Content Agreement also applies to that promotion.

You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your services. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits a consumer-protection right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Nigerian law.

OnCampusDaily may remove a listing or restrict/suspend your account for violating this agreement, as described in the Content Moderation, Reporting & Takedown Policy. You agree to indemnify OnCampusDaily for claims arising from your service, its description, or your conduct as a provider, as further described in the Terms of Service.
